Renting a car at the Rent a Car Center is easy and transparent.
Rental Duration
If you rent a car and return it on the same day, the daily rate will be charged. If you return the car on the next day or at a later time, the billing will be done in 24-hour increments. Please note that an additional day will be charged if you return the car after more than 24 hours from the time of pickup.
Specify the time of vehicle return that is either before or equal to the pickup time. Otherwise, an additional daily rate and insurance costs will be charged.
Rent A Car Center is flexible. If you return the vehicle within 25 hours, that's not a problem. However, please note that there may be additional charges for late returns.
Insurance
All vehicles have liability insurance
Fully comprehensive insurance per day € 20 (except special)
Deductible € 300 to € 500 depending on vehicle type (except special)
Our payment options
At Rentacar, we offer various payment options for vehicle rentals to provide you with maximum flexibility.
You can make your payment either by credit card, bank transfer or cash on site. We accept major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. Please note that depending on the payment method chosen, certain conditions may apply.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke your reservation within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period begins after you have sent your reservation via our website.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done by means of a clear statement, for example, by post or email.

Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
